Cattle went to most parts of the state at a small Yea fortnightly store sale, which reflected the ongoing state-wide trend of rising prices.
Agents from Nutrien and Elders offered 706 head of predominantly lighter steers and heifers, topped up with a handful of cows and calves.
Steers sold to a top of $2420 a head, while heifers reached $2080.
Several pens of lighter steers pushed past the 600 cents a kilogram mark, with most selling for between 500-600c/kg.
