Thank you and farewell to Lisa Elward

A farewell and heartfelt thank you to our very special Lisa Elward.

After an incredible 41 years with Murrindindi Shire, including 20 years as Coordinator of Saleyard Operations, Lisa is officially moving on to her next chapter.

Lisa’s contribution to the success of the Yea Saleyards has been immense. Her knowledge, dedication and commitment to the Saleyards and its community have been invaluable. She is well known for her “do whatever it takes” attitude, always getting the job done, while never being too busy for a laugh, a chat or a helping hand.

Lisa is now looking forward to a very well-deserved break, shifting her focus to running the farm alongside her husband and, most importantly, spending more time with her two grandchildren.

On behalf of the Yea Saleyards Committee of Management and the wider Saleyards community, thank you, Lisa, for everything you have done over the years. Your contribution will be greatly missed.

We wish you all the very best for this next chapter — you’ve certainly earned it!
