Angelique, Yea & District Memorial Hospital's social worker, will share guidance on navigating the system and accessing services to help at home – including disability, ageing support, and family support networks.
AgBiz Assist will provide information on financial support available for farmers.
We’ll also have resources on mental health support and healthy eating awareness.
Come along for a cuppa and a chat – it's a chance to look after your health, connect with others, and access free health support and advice.
